The Stonewall: trade the dark bishop
vs 1...f5 2...Nf6 3...e6 4...d5
Against the Dutch, the London bishop is already where it's best. In the Stonewall, Black's dark-squared bishop is its best piece. Trade it, and Black is left with a bad bishop on c8 and holes on the dark squares, e5 above all.
